| Bet Type | Payout | House Edge | Win Probability | Visualisation | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Banker | 1:1 (minus 5% commission) | 1.06% | 45.86% | ✓ Best | |
| Player | 1:1 | 1.24% | 44.62% | ~ Allowed | |
| Tie | 8:1 | 14.36% | 9.52% | ✗ Avoid | |
| Banker Pair | 11:1 | 10.36% | 7.47% | ✗ Avoid | |
| Player Pair | 11:1 | 10.36% | 7.47% | ✗ Avoid | |
| Either Pair | 5:1 | 13.07% | 14.54% | ✗ Avoid |
Quick tip: always bet on the Banker for the best statistical odds in baccarat. Avoid the Tie bet even though the 8:1 payout looks tempting — a 14.36% house edge makes it a highly unfavourable wager in the long run.
The scoreboard displays the results of previous hands. Use it as a pattern guide, not a guarantee — each hand is an independent event.
The three main roads used by experienced baccarat players to read game patterns.
Master these strategies to play baccarat at PUBG Slot in a more systematic and disciplined way.
This is the simplest strategy and the one most strongly supported by mathematics. Bet on Banker consistently throughout your session. Even with a 5% commission, the house edge of 1.06% is the lowest in baccarat. Over the long run, this is the most sustainable approach.
When one side wins consecutively (e.g. Banker wins 4 times in a row), keep following that same side until the streak breaks. Once it does, switch to the other side or pause to observe a new pattern. Do not switch impulsively after just one loss.
Bet the same amount on every hand – no increasing, no decreasing. This is the safest and most straightforward system for beginners. It carries none of the compounding loss risk found in the Martingale system. Set a flat amount that does not exceed 2% of your total balance.
After a win, increase your bet following the sequence 1, 3, 2, 6 units. If you lose at any stage, return to 1 unit. This system maximises winnings during a good streak while limiting losses when the pattern shifts. Safer than Martingale.
Set clear session limits before you start — a loss limit (e.g., stop if you're down RM 200) and a win limit (stop if you're up RM 300). Once either limit is reached, walk away without negotiation. This discipline is worth more than any betting strategy.
The Tie bet (8:1) and side bets such as Banker Pair and Player Pair may look attractive on paper, but with a house edge of 10%–14%, they are poor choices mathematically. Stick to Banker and Player bets for the best long-term results.

Read Full Privacy Policy →Baccarat has long been one of the most popular casino games in Asia, and Malaysia is no exception. From the casino floors of Genting Highlands to online platforms like PUBG Slot, baccarat continues to captivate players with its simplicity, fast pace, and relatively favorable odds compared to other casino games. If you've ever spotted a scoreboard filled with red and blue circles at a casino and wondered what it all means — that's the world of baccarat, and we at PUBG Slot are here to walk you through it from the very beginning.
Baccarat is, at its core, an extremely simple game. You are not betting on yourself to win — instead, you are betting on whether the "Banker" hand or the "Player" hand will have a point total closer to 9. That is all there is to it. There are no decisions to make about hitting or standing, and no need to understand complex card strategies like in blackjack. In baccarat, all decisions regarding whether a third card is drawn follow a fixed set of predetermined rules — you simply choose where you want to place your bet.
At PUBG Slot, we offer six different baccarat table types to suit players at every level. If you are new or prefer to play on a smaller budget, Mini Baccarat with a minimum bet of RM 1 is the perfect starting point. You can learn the rhythm of the game, understand how to read the scoreboards, and get comfortable with how hands are played — all with minimal risk. Once you feel more confident, step up to Baccarat Classic with betting limits ranging from RM 5 to RM 5,000 per hand.
Speed Baccarat is a firm favourite among Malaysian players, and it's easy to see why. Each hand is completed in just 27 seconds — nearly three times faster than a standard baccarat table. That means more hands played in less time, making it the ideal choice for players who prefer non-stop action with minimal waiting between rounds. What sets this variant apart is that all cards are revealed simultaneously, with no lengthy squeeze animation, keeping every round tight and efficient.
For those who want the feel of a luxury casino from the comfort of home or the office, Baccarat Squeeze at PUBG Slot is the most authentic experience you can get. Dealers perform the art of "squeezing" the cards, slowly revealing each value while the camera captures every moment in crisp HD quality. It feels just like sitting at a premium baccarat table in Genting Highlands — except you can enjoy it from your sofa over a morning roti canai.
Strategically, the Banker bet is the mathematically best choice available. With a house edge of just 1.06% – one of the lowest of any casino game – the Banker bet gives you the best odds for long-term returns. Even with the 5% commission charged on every Banker win, it still outperforms both the Player bet (house edge 1.24%) and the Tie bet (house edge 14.36%). The Tie bet may look appealing with its 8:1 payout, but it is a classic trap that catches many new players out – avoid it entirely if you are playing seriously.
Scoreboard "roads" in baccarat are more than decorative — they're tools that experienced players use to read game patterns. The Big Road records the outcome of every hand in sequence, while the Big Eye Boy, Small Road, and Cockroach Pig Road each offer a different perspective on whether the current pattern is likely to continue or shift. At PUBG Slot, all these roads are available in real time on every baccarat table, and you can use this information as a reference when making your betting decisions. It's important to remember that each hand is a statistically independent event — the roads reflect historical patterns, not predictions of future outcomes.
Bankroll management is critical in baccarat. Because baccarat has a low house edge, it is well suited for longer sessions – provided you play with discipline. Set clear session limits – both a loss limit and a win limit – before you sit down at the table. Once you hit your win limit, step away and enjoy your profits. The temptation to keep playing after a winning streak is one of the main reasons players end up going home empty-handed. At PUBG Slot, the session limit feature in your account settings can help you enforce this discipline automatically.
